How to Use HairResq™ Micro-Infusion System

Step 1: Cleanse Your Scalp

Wash your hair with a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo. This removes oils, product buildup, and bacteria that could interfere with absorption. Pat your scalp completely dry with a clean towel - the micro-channels work best on clean, dry skin.

Pro tip: Wait 10-15 minutes after washing to ensure your scalp is completely dry.

Step 2: Sanitize Your Device (After Each Use)

Brand new cartridges come pre-sterilized and are ready to use immediately. After each treatment, clean with alcohol swap (4-swap included) or soak the needle head in 70% isopropyl alcohol or for 10 minutes, then shake off excess and let air dry for 30 seconds before storing.

Step 3: Pre-Treatment Dry Needling

Perform a dry micro-needling pass across your entire treatment area. Roll in multiple directions (vertical, horizontal, and diagonal) with firm, consistent pressure, stamping about 4-6 passes per section.

Why this matters: Dry needling creates thousands of micro-channels in your scalp without wasting a single drop of serum. This primes your skin and opens pathways for absorption so when you apply your formula, every drop penetrates deep where it's needed instead of sitting on the surface.

Pro tip: You should feel slight pressure but not pain. If needles feel dull or tugging occurs, replace your cartridge.

Step 4: Prepare Your Serum

Remove one HairResq serum vial from the kit. Each vial contains 5ml of our 25-ingredient formula - enough for approximately 3 treatments (1~3ml per session as per your treatement area). Gently tap the vial to ensure liquid is at the bottom, then twist off the cap.

Pro tip: Only pour what you need per session (1~3ml) so the rest of the vial stays sealed, clean, and fresh for future treatments.

Step 5: Fill the Applicator

Twist off the needle head and carefully pour 1~3ml of serum (approximately 2/5 of the vial) into the applicator chamber. Put the needle head back on the device to seal it.

Important: Each 5ml vial provides 3~4 treatments when using the recommended 1~2ml per session. Store remaining serum in a cool, dry place.
