At Hair Resq, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds after we receive the product back under the following conditions:

  1. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  2. The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered
  3. Any seal, packaging, or safety wrap must remain intact
  4. Shipping cost is not returnable.

Opened, used, damaged, or tampered products are NOT eligible for a refund.


2. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us before sending the product back.

  1. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect

3. Refund Approval

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  1. We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund
  2. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
  3. Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  1. Opened or used products
  2. Products with broken seals or missing packaging
  3. Items returned in damaged condition
  4. Sale or promotional items (unless stated otherwise)

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.
